Very Good
Nice location, well maintained old-style hotel, good breakfast buffet with a lot of choices, also vegan and gluten-free.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better. We had some black stains on the bed linen.

Wonderful
An old building that radiates grandeur. The location is great. Next to a park with a playground for kids. Short walk to the theater. Main entrance is to the main shopping street of the city with just some 150m walk to the closest shopping centre. We had a family room for our group of four and there was plenty of space in the room. Very high ceiling height in the room which made the room feel spacious. The room was quiet. The beds were huge, that really surprised us. Our room had a partial view to the sea. The breakfast was great and served in a beautiful gallery. The kids received small activity packages when we checked in with a small reward when tasks like tasting pancakes at the breakfast or making faces in front of the mirrors were done. Parking in the same building, even if access to it is a bit difficult.
Parking is in the same building but since it's an old building there is no direct elevator access and instead you have to walk through an inner courtyard and a short distance on the street to get to your parked car. The garage has been made when cars were smaller so it's a very tight fit for modern cars and the ceiling is low. There's a playroom for kids, I guess, at least we happened to find a room with a ping-pong table and some toys and drawing equipment, but the room was really lightly equipped. It's almost not worth mentioning.

Super likeable hotel, location and staff
Super friendly staff and excellent services! Upgrated room to keep the family together and kids recieved welcome gifts. Beautiful hotel with a lovely atmosphere. Great location. All the shops and restaurants near.
The room could have been tidier. Stains on the doors and on the chair. But overall experience good. Would have been excellent 5/5 with a more careful cleaning
